Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup kale leaves
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 green apple, chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
In a blender, put in the kale, pumpkin, cucumber, lemon juice, honey, kale, and spinach
Add water or coconut water until the consistency you want is reached
If you want it really cold, add ice cubes and blend it until its smooth
