Ingredients:
- 1 box Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
- Whipped cream for topping
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325F 160C
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan
In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs
Mix until well combined
Fold in Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chips
Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan
Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter
Top with remaining brownie batter and drizzle with remaining hot fudge sauce
Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top if desired
Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs
Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve topped with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry
