Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a muffin tin with paper liners
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries
Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
