- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Instructions:
Place the frozen strawberries, frozen pitaya, banana, almond milk, and honey if using in a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed to reach your desired consistency
