Ingredients:
- 1 package gluten-free brownie mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions:
Prepare the gluten-free brownie mix according to package instructions
Bake the brownies and let them cool
Then, cut them into small cubes
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and chocolate pudding mix until well combined and thickened
In parfait glasses or trifle bowls, layer the gluten-free brownie cubes, chocolate pudding, and toffee bits
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top if desired
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
